Returns

 

Custom-made products can only be returned if they are defective upon delivery or become defective within 7 days.

The costs and responsibility for return shipping are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Returned items that are used, worn, damaged or incomplete will be refused.

Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt and inspection.

Refunds will only be made to the account from which the original payment was made.

 

Please note that discounted items cannot be returned. The same applies to personalized items or custom-made products.

 

The returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• To be undamaged.

• Not having recovered (or attempted to do so).

• The return shipment must have sufficient postage including Track and Trace Code.
